You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County or Sarasota County, Florida.
